In Windows 10 you could try using Compatibility Mode for the main executable file. To do this, right click the shortcut or the executable file and go to Properties > Compatibility. Using the drop down menu, choose another version of Windows (XP or 7) and tick the Run as Administrator box. Run the software again to test the settings. If it doesn't work, then you will have to downgrade to Windows 7 or XP, because the application doesn't appear to be available anymore and the official website displays all the content in Chinese, and I don't think it's relevant to the current inquiry.
