It seems the application isn't available anymore which makes it impossible to provide support, however, if there is a record button, then it shouldn't be hard using a microphone. Firstly, go to the system tray and double click the application used by your sound card. Access the recording tab and make sure the microphone is connected. The pink input needs to be selected and configured as Microphone input. Secondly, start the application and press the Record button and it should work this way.
