What is the quality level?

I bought this years ago on some bargain offer but never loaded it. I have been using FORMSW - which I have brought forward since probably Windows 3.11. It is now acting up on my main machine. I am running XP and Windows 7 32bit and Windows 7 64bit multi-boot.

Is this worth trying or is it something to let pass and I should search for a free form maker on the web?

I wouldn't advise using the old application because the forms have been changed along the years and the software as well. Instead, purchase or try another application that has been created with compatibility and flexibility in mind. For this process, Business Plan Pro is a good alternative. Access the official website to find information and templates or forms you can create with its modules. On a side note, FormTool Express v5 isn't available for downloading as it appears to be discontinued.
