The Markem service freezes, if we create a trigger file

We've attempted to use this software but have found that if we create a trigger file to start the download of the application using a SQL BCP command, it puts in a CR or LF or both depending on how we configure the command. If we manually edit the trigger file to make sure there is no CR or LF, then it works fine. Can you help?
