CnC Shark Control Panel is not working properly.

Question

I have completed the installation of my Shark Pro CNC but I cannot get it to operate correctly. I have saved my "Cut 3D" file in the recommended post processor "CNCShark-USB Arcs" format, but when I try to cut the file I experience 2 problems. Firstly, the item is cut at half the scale as specified. Secondly, the cutter seems to move it's "0,0,0" reference point whilst cutting, so the job is partly cut on one part of the material then the router starts the remainder of the job elsewhere. We have tried changing the post processor formats and even re-saving the 3D CAD model in different file formats but nothing seems to work. What can we do?

In order to fix the problem, I suggest you update the program to the latest version. Visit Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain an official link to download the application, click the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install the utility following the on-screen instructions.
