Trouble with printing designs.

If I want the grid to print, all I get is grid with no design. If I indicate no grid, then I get the design, but small and pale. Have tried everything. How can I overcome this?

The product is developed in such manner that the grid will not be visible on printing sheets. The grid is only for helping you create the design. If your design is small and pale, you probably need to recheck the printing options that you used. Also, make sure that your printer has enough ink for printing. You should be able to overcome any difficulties.
