I have successfully cloned and edited a JPG file and saved it as a JPG. I can't open/view it in the normal windows viewers. I can re-open the file with PhotoEdit995 and again see my completed work, but I get an error message that says the "save as file in the folder is damaged or corrupted". What can I do?

It seems that the JPG files aren't supported by the program. To see a full list of supported file types, check the Help menu inside the program. Due to the fact the the program doesn't have a functionality to read / write JPG files, there isn't much that you can do. Try to save your image to another format and convert it later using another tool or use the Software Informer's website to find a program that can work with JPG files. I suggest you take a look at Picasa. It's a freeware application and it's working with most of photo file types.
