I would like to design a photo with UVIpropalatinum program. I saved the photo I made, but I want to tinge the contrast etc. Can you help me?

I want to know if there is any app that could combine pictures together like the Picmix app.

I have successfully cloned and edited a JPG file and saved it as a JPG. I can't open/view it in the normal windows viewers.

Will this program work on a Mac computer? Or, will it work on Windows 7? I currently have PE Design but on any OS after Windows XP will not work.
