Error while processing movies through QT Index Swapper

Hello,

I'm trying to process movies through QT Index Swapper, so I can upload them through Screencast.com, but I keep getting an error "First Atom is not valid"

Just wondering why this is happening, and is there a way I can fix it?

Same thing happened to me. I believed the video I had downloaded to be a .mp4 file while it was actually a .flv file.
