I wanted to watch an event in a Visio-Soft Client. Instead of seeing the event I got this big lock with a key in it as an error. What's that error? Do you know where the problem might be?
Try to update the application to its latest version. This could be a bug or a bad operation performed and when this happens, the client crashes.
