Will this work with an outdoor antenna?

I currently use ENL TV and have Time Warner Cable. Will I be able to use it if I switch to an outdoor antenna from DISH Network?

Yes. This software supports Cable (Cable TV) and aerial indoor/outdoor antenna, so it wouldn't be a problem to change your local TV provider.
