I want to turn off Google Chrome automatic updates. Can you help?

On your Chrome browser's address bar type in 'about:plugins' and hit ENTER. Find the plug-in called 'Google Update' and click "disable".

In order to turn off Google Chrome automatic updates, go to Start, type regedit and open the utility. Navigate to HKey-Local-Machine> Software > Policies > Google > Update > AutoUpdateCheckPeriodMinutes and set the REG_DWORD value to 0.

Also, you can type chrome://plugins/ in the Google Chrome address bar and press the Disable button below Google Update.
