After my Google Chrome 10 crashed, I've restarted the browser and now all my favorite icons are missing. Also, Google Chrome doesn't save the history. I've reinstalled Google Chrome and nothing changed. I updated it to Beta version (11.0.696.25) without success. What can I do?

Make sure your not in incognito, You should have no picture on the top left.
Go to history and click done removing items if you have it.
Delete all its components, and try re-downloading the software.

Firstly, as Shohom says, check if you're using the Incognito mode. If the enter image description here appears next to the tab name, you need to follow the instructions from the official web page, in order to close this mode.

If you aren't in the Incognito mode, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select Google Chrome from the list and click Uninstall. Make sure that the box next to Also delete your browsing data is not check and press Uninstall again:

After that, download the latest version of the browser and install it following the on-screen instructions. This should fix it.
