Can't open old files on my new computer.

I recently developed a new crystal report with drop-down menus. When viewing through Crystal Delivery, the drop-down menus don't work. All other reports developed on my old computer work fine, including the drop-down feature. My new computer uses Windows XP. Is there a way to fix this issue?

According to the official website of the developer, the Crystal Delivery product got a lot of improvements in the latest release. Among them, the program was rewritten in C# using the .NET runtime engine from CRv13. This might be the main reason why you can't open your old projects onto your new computer. On the site mentioned, there is nothing stated about the compatibility of projects between versions or a way to fix this. The only thing that you can do is to contact the developer directly on the following support website. This is the only way to obtain further support in this matter.
