Can't open old files on my new computer.

I recently developed a new crystal report with drop-down menus. When viewing through Crystal Delivery, the drop-down menus don't work. All other reports developed on my old computer work fine, including the drop-down feature. My new computer uses Windows XP. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Among them, the program was rewritten in C# using the .NET runtime engine from CRv13. This might be the main reason why you can't open your old projects onto your new computer.
