Visual Link displays a timeout error while in idle mode.

We are having an issue with Visual Link timing out after a period of idle time. This just started and we are not aware of any changes that might have happened with the software. Can someone offer some solution?

Most of these applications have a setting that needs to be changed to overcome time out while in idle mode. Access the application's settings and make sure the IDLE mode is set to 0 or disabled. At the current time, it should be available in a form as a value. Increase the value or set it to 0 to disable it and the time out error should be gone.
