ODBC timeout issues while running Visibar

We are getting ODBC timeout issues while running Visibar on an app server when a SQL server is taking a snapshot.

To overcome this issue, go to Start > Run > regedit and navigate to the following path: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Simba\SERVER.INI\SimbaEngineServer and make the proper adjustments so the following lines look as the ones posted below:

EnableIdleTimeouts "0"
EnableQueryTimeouts "0"

This should fix the problem with the timeout when running VisiBar.
