I can't transfer my photos to my PC using OLYMPUS ib.

I have Olympus ib and I can't transfer my photos to my PC. Every time I try to do something with my photos I get a "Missing file. Are you sure you want to delete it?" message. What can I do?

In order to transfer the photos to your computer, I suggest you use Olympus Viewer 3. It is an application developed by Olympus Imaging that superseded OLYMPUS ib. Besides the file transfer option, it has many other useful features like photo editor or file converter. Alternatively, you can transfer the photos using a compatible USB cable. Once you connect the camera to your PC, you will find the photos in Computer/My Computer > Olympus drive.
