My account balance is over. I want to recharge it again. How to recharge it?

It seems that the official website of the developer is down. Also, the developer is out of business and the program has been discontinued. This means that it won't receive updates and won't be supported anymore. Due to all of these reasons, there is no way to recharge your account anymore.
