How to create a part in LS-Prepost using SetD?

I was trying to create part set for seat belt following Tutorial 6 in the following link
http://www.lstc.com/lspp/content/tutorials.shtml. But when I follow procedure of creating part for pelvic and torso in 8th step, I couldn't find the option of Keyin when I creat part in SetD.

To enable SetD support, you will have to use the plate.k file. In the LS-PrePost, go to SetD, then check Create > Plate Nodes > ByPart. After this procedure, go to graphics window to see the part. This is the official way for the LS-PrePost application.
