I have just purchased Honestech HD DVR. The thing is that I'm not able to get the audio/sound. Can you help me?

I have just purchased the above item. The thing is that I can not get any audio/sound and can not record to PC.

In order to fix the problem, I recommend you uninstall (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install the program again. After that use the video tutorial that you can find on the first link on Google search engine to configure the utility. Also, I suggest you update your audio card drivers. If the issue persists, contact the support team using the contact information from the official web page.
