How can I fix this?

I have MSR Recorder installed in the system. I am facing a problem after recording. Once I complete the session, it will stop recording. When I see those recorded sessions, the screen is stuck at one place though I could hear the audio. If I forward recording, it will just move forward but the screen will be stuck at one place. Can you, please, tell me what can I do?

Try uninstalling the software and then installing it again. This should fix your problem.

Maybe try another screen recorder will help. There are many in the market, like Filmora scrn, OBS, Joyoshare screen recorder, etc. They are all a household name in the field of screen recording. I choose Joyoshare for Windows and Mac, and OBS for Linux. Work like a charm. Wish you all well.
