Error on first attempt to run software.

On first run of the software I received this error: There is a problem with the CrypKey License Service. Please verify that it is installed and running.

How do I correct this problem?

I suggest you try visiting the official web page and try downloading the product from there. By doing this, you are sure that you test the last version of the software.
