This program has been tested and it works fine. The Screen Capture program doesn't have directions or help because the developer didn't want to implement it. To capture a screen using the application, you first need to open it. After you did this, select from the upper region what do you want to capture, next select from the middle region if you want just a screenshoot or you want to create a movie. In the lower region of the main window, you need to choose how the image / video file will be saved. It's advised to save it as a image / video file. The default path where the files are saved is C:\Users\User-name\Screenshoots. You can change this in Options > On general tab.
