Can't get the installer to run under Vista. It just sits and access my HDD but never returns an error dialog box or anything else. The file I downloaded is a 650kb 'install.exe' file. What's going on?
It is possible that the file you downloaded is not really the installer but a malware. You can try visiting the Software Informer in order to get a download link to the latest version of this product or try visiting the official website.
Also, I recommend checking your computer for malware using a software like Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
