You can record a movie by opening the program and pressing the Record button. To take a screenshot from a movie, open the video file with any player that you have (it's advised to use a program like BSplayer which have a built-in capture feature), go to the full-screen mode, pause on the frame that you want to capture and press the Print Screen button from your keyboard. By doing this, the window of your computer is captured and copied to clipboard. To save the image, just open the Paint application, press CTRL + V (or right click on the screen and choose Paste) and then go to File > Save As.
