When I use the installation plugin I get this error: "Java net.SocketExceptionMESSAGE: java net.ConnectException: Connection timed out". Could you help?

The plug-in has failed to connect to the server or the resource that it's trying to access it not accessible. If the plug-in is using the Internet, check the firewall so that everything is allowed to communicate with Internet.
