I don't know what do to in this case

I could open this program 2 months ago, but now it doesn't work on my PC. This message appears every time I want to open it:

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side
configuration is incorrect. Please, see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details.

I don't know what to do now. Please help me.

It is possible that you accidentally uninstalled a C++ library from your computer that this software needs in order to work properly. You can try to install these packages to fix this problem (choose the one that suits your OS x64 or x86) :
