Will it be possible to view AFP files using a browser?

From the Name of this plug in "Ibm Afp Viewer portable" I would suppose that it can be used by everyone who has once stored the according binaries or scripts on one's PC. On the other hand, the screen shots make me suppose that the User needs some Installation Rights ( or even Administrator Rights ). Will it be possible to view AFP files using a browser without the need to write access to browser directory, registry and so on?

You will be able to view AFP files directly from your web browser. However, after you downloaded the application, you will need to run a command in order to extract and install it. For more information about this process you can visit the following official link:
