SKM files are textures from Google Sketchup. Since there is no viewer available, you can open these files with WinRaR as these are archives containing XML and image files in order for Sketchup to recognize them. When you open the file, you will notice that there is a directory which contains image files. Then you can open those files with any image viewer.
