What is the difference between the App Throughput and Session App Throughput DL in Genex Assistant version V300R003C02SPC200? When I plot or the average throughput is different.

Although the software appears on a few websites listed through Google, there is no actual documentation or info regarding the application's description and functionality. You will have to use the built-in Help database to obtain additional details about the functions you have mentioned above because it's the only way. Go to HELP or press F1 while the application's foreground window is active.
