Version 4 is actually the same version 4.00 only that it has a general use in terms of version numbers. It's the same and only application. The version with the leading zeroes is mostly used to indicated the exact build number, changes, updates, etc., while the main number from version 4 is the same indicating the software didn't receive major changes.
