Problem with VSOFT Sandesh.

I was using VSOFT Sandesh satisfactorily on Windows XP. Now I have installed Windows 7. On this system the VSOFT Sandesh runs satisfactorily. But whenever I restart laptop, the VSOFT Sandesh doesn't work. It needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled. Some times the uninstallation process is unsuccessful because the product doesn't appear in Program and features. Therefore I can't uninstall it. How can I overcome this?

If you encounter this behavior, try to perform a fresh install of the product. To do this, uninstall the current version from your computer by going to Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. If you can't find the program there, install and use Revo Uninstaller. After you did this, go to Start > Run > regedit and press Enter. In the new window that opened, go under HKEYLOCALMACHINE > SOFTWARE > Zenith VSOFT and delete all related entries. To complete the process, install the latest version of the product that you have.

It's advised to perform a backup of your system at this point. This action is recommended because you can use the restore option every time you encounter the described behavior.
