BankID Security Application is not working properly on my remote computer.

Bankid is installed on the main (host) computer on which I usually log in remotely and work on without problems. Recently, I discovered that BankID does not display the pop-up window to sign in by inputting my password/PIN. On my remote screen, a message saying "Page will open automatically" appears. After that, the remote computer freezes up. If I disconnect from the Y connection to host PC, I get an error message saying "Error in underlying security system rv=0x6. Ref: 10034". This only happens when I log into the host computer remotely. Can you help?

From what it seems, your version of BankID Security Application is not supporting the remote connection. In order to fix the problem, try downloading and installing the latest version of the utility. If this doesn't help, use support.bankid.com email address to get in touch with the support team.
