I get a blue screen error.

Occasionally when I'm trying to open the program I get a blue screen error. After I wait for a while I can execute the program normally. Should I reinstall the program, and if I do it, will all of my passwords and info still remain?

Yes, in order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall and then reinstall the program. Not to lose all your data, open the software, select your entries and click the Save As option from the File menu. Enter a file name, select a safe location and press Save. All your data will be saved as .wsp files. After you reinstall the program, launch it, press the enter image description here icon, select your files and open them.
