99 Mahjongg is an old game developed by IncaGold. Unfortunately, it can run only on Windows XP and below platforms. You can try playing the game on your computer using the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select Windows XP from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. If it doesn't work, I suggest you check Software Informer database for a similar game.
