How can I turn the notification icon back on?

I turned off the little green fish icon from my lower right corner of the desktop. How can I turn it back on?

Right-click on the taskbar, select Properties and click the Customize button below Notification area. Locate the green fish icon and select Show icon and notifications as Behavior. If it doesn't work, click the Restore default icon behaviors button below Turn system icons on or off. Alternatively, uninstall the application and then install it again.
