This software is updated only, if we talk about, of course, Internet Security 2012. Anyway, you have two options to update this program: the first is to click with the right button of the mouse on the icon that appears to the right in the taskbar of your PC and select: update now. The second is by opening the program's interface and click: update now... I guess you've already tried both ways and it didn't work... have you?
