It doesn't work after I reinstalled it.

I used aTube Catcher for a long time and I was really satisfied of it. After I reinstalled it I cannot download any video from Youtube. Also, it doesn't convert any file. What should I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you upgrade the software. If you use Windows XP or below you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the aTube Catcher program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the aTube Catcher application and click on Uninstall.

After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system and download and install the latest version of the software. As an alternative, you can use another YouTube downloader from Software Informer database.
