Need a manager for my MP3 player.

I wanted to delete a song from my MP-CS187 MP3 player, but when I deleted the song, it deleted everything and now I don't have anything on the MP3. When I power it ON, nothing appears to be on its memory. Is there a program that can help me manage and add all its features back?
