There are two possibilities to install the game. One is through Origin Client provided by Electronic Arts and one is from a disc. In order to install the game through Origin, download the application from the official web page, log in to Origin with your EA account and click the Origin menu from the left. After that, select Redeem Product Code, enter the serial number received when you purchased The Sims 3 and wait the game to download and install. The process will begin automatically.
