In order to remove this software from your computer you can go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/remove Programs (if you are using Windows XP) / Programs and Features (for Windows 7) search for the software and hit Uninstall. If this didn't work, you can try using Revo Uninstaller. This tool will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
