When I try to connect the device HM-CC-TC, the HomeMatic Konfigurator can't find the unit. I have tried with both search and the serial number. The bridge I use is HomeMatic LAN Konfigurations-Adapter, eQ-3 Artikelnummer: HM-CFG-LAN.
In order to fix this problem, visit the official website of the developer. From there, you should be able to download all the appropriate driver / firmware. After you did this, go through the searching process again. You should be able to identify the component and use the program with it.
