Problem with Lenovo Easy Camera.

My Lenovo Easy Camera application encountered a problem installing the driver software for my device. When I update driver software, this message pop up:

Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error while  attempting  to install it. The Device is not configured correctly

Please help me with this so that I use my Lenovo Easy Camera.

That error indicates that the driver you're trying to install is corrupted or not compatible with the operating system present on your laptop/computer.

I advise visiting the Lenovo website to identify your device and then download the necessary drivers and applications for your operating system. Every time you install something, right click it and choose Run as Administrator to avoid other possible issues.
