I have installed Thinkvantage Access Connection but I could not connect to wireless. The WiFi option is always hidden. I can't click it. What is wrong with my program?

The ThinkVantage Access Connections is just a connectivity assistant. It gives you the possibility to connect to wireless networks. However, first you need to turn on the WiFi using the button from the bottom-side of the laptop or using the FN+ FXX combination where XX is the number of the function key.

Additionally, check the driver's installation in Device Manager. You can start device manager using Start > Run > devmgmt.msc.
