I downloaded and installed SweetIM many times, but it doesn't work in my Mozilla Firefox. It runs only in Internet Explorer. Can you help?

go to addon's menu and check whether the add on is enabled or not

Unfortunately, SweetIM Toolbar has been blocked by Mozilla Firefox developers because it is considered a malware. You can check the official web page for further information.
