First, I suggest you update the Nokia PC Suite to the latest version. Go to the official web page, press the Nokia PC Suite 7.1 button, save the file to your computer and install it following the self explained steps. After that, go to Start, type Device Manager and open the utility. Expand the Bluetooth Devices list, right-click the Bluetooth driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your PC and click the Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If it doesn't work, type Services.msc in the Search programs and files field and open the application. Locate the Bluetooth entry and press the Start option. If the service is already started, click Stop and then Start.
