Resetting the password for one camera.

We have a camera system at 6 of our fire stations. Our password works on all of them except for 1. How can I reset the password to get into the settings? Our version of the software is 5.35b.

There isn't a general rule to reset the IP cams as each one has a different method. However, the simplest way is to connect the camera to PC using a crossover cable and access its administration menu. Input the ADMIN password and username and you should be able to reset or change the password for the client connections. In case you encounter issues, use the manual file found on the support CD.
