Because this is a freeware application, this is the only way that the developer can advertise. In most cases, this feature isn't optional (you can't turn it OFF). However, after you finished writing your mail, with items from the product, navigate to the bottom of the page and see if you can't delete the logo. If you can't see it, there is no way to remove it.
