I indicated the http://172.16.44.196/scripts/cwisapi.dll?service=delegados site on my PC and the system says "Your request could not be completed. A problem has occurred accessing a web server variable". If I do it from the server it works correctly. What should I do?

Firstly, you need to know that the website that you indicated is now down. However, in order to fix the issue, you need to run the application using Administrator rights. Right-click on the launcher and select Run as administrator. If it doesn't work, uninstall the utility and then install it again. After that, configure your security program and Windows Firewall to allow the communication.
