In order to fix the issue, navigate to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and Imaging devices list and locate your webcam device. Select its driver, press the Delete key and reboot your PC. After that, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and wait Windows to retrieve the drivers. If it doesn't help, update the camera utility to the latest version. Also, as an alternative, you can select a similar program from Software Informer database.
